This challenge is my testament to the power of human connection. Each portrait becomes a story frozen in time – a story of a person's uniqueness, emotions, and experiences. It lies not only in the technical act of taking a photograph in a short-period of time, but in the delicate art of building a momentary bridge of trust, joy, and attention with someone you've never met before. The Stranger Danger series is my chance to step into the lives of others, if only for an instant, and capture the beauty of their existence in a frame. It’s nerve-racking every single time. But the thrill of meeting the unknown if infinitely more rewarding. There will always be someone new: someone who I would never meet again, someone who is camera-shy, someone who is a social butterfly, someone who might be my friend in the future … There is always someone who is something.
